Controlled Adhesive Application
Material detection automatically starts and stops adhesive delivery, providing uniform glue application while reducing unnecessary adhesive consumption. Single-component and two-component adhesive configurations are available.
Beam Pre-Assembly
Prepared timber flanges and plywood webs are positioned before final pressing. Manual-assisted or fully automatic pre-assembly can be configured according to the required automation level.
Double-End Sizing & Drilling
Servo-controlled double-end processing completes finished-length sizing, bevel cutting, end profiling and drilling. Automatic feeding and adjustable processing positions support different H16 and H20 beam requirements.
Product Marking
Online inkjet printing can apply company logos, product information, serial numbers, barcodes and QR codes to finished beam components. Single-color and two-color printing configurations are available.
Coating, Drying & Stacking — Optional
Optional finishing modules include uniform beam coating, controlled drying, automated conveying and finished-beam stacking. The configuration can be customized according to coating requirements, production capacity and available factory space.
