Engineering Delivery & System Commissioning

Global Remote & On-Site Support

We support customers worldwide through both remote technical assistance and on-site engineering service. For urgent technical requests, we aim to respond within 8 hours and provide an initial diagnosis, solution path, or service arrangement within 10 hours whenever possible.

Many common issues can be handled remotely through videos, photos, drawings, machine data, and online communication. When on-site service is required, we can arrange engineering support based on location, distance, and travel conditions.

 

On-Site Service Standards

For international on-site service, charges are generally based on distance, travel conditions, and project scope. In many cases, our standard on-site engineering service fee is under USD 300 per day, although the final arrangement depends on the actual project and location. For China and Southeast Asia, our normal on-site service standard is typically around USD 100 per day, but the final quotation will still depend on distance and travel requirements.

For large-scale installation projects and more complex machine models, service charges may vary depending on the scope of work, technical difficulty, and required engineering time.

 

Annual Maintenance & Long-Term Service Plans

We also support annual maintenance, plant-wide service, and long-term after-sales cooperation plans. These service programs can be customized based on machine quantity, production demands, region, and service frequency.

For customers in China and Southeast Asia, annual maintenance plans are usually far more cost-effective than in labor-short markets such as North America. Promotional pricing for long-term service cooperation can be discussed separately based on actual needs.

 

Support Conditions for On-Site Visits

To help our engineers deliver efficient and professional service on site, we kindly ask customers to provide reasonable working conditions and basic accommodation arrangements when required. Proper rest and local coordination help ensure smoother communication, better service quality, and more effective problem-solving during the visit.

Please take good care of our engineers during on-site support. A well-arranged working and resting environment helps both sides achieve better service results.
