Highlights

The H20 H16 Beam Vacuum Spray Coating Machine is designed for continuous surface coating of engineered timber beams and profile components. The workpiece passes through an enclosed vacuum spraying chamber where coating material is delivered under high pressure, atomized and evenly applied to the beam surface. Excess coating is recovered through the closed circulation system for reuse, helping reduce paint consumption and maintain a cleaner production environment. With adjustable 0.5–40 m/min conveying speed, PLC touchscreen control and a maximum working width of 280 mm, the machine is suitable for integration into automated H20, H16 and related timber beam production lines.

  • Maximum working width: 280 mm
  • Working height: 3–90 mm
  • Minimum workpiece length: 600 mm
  • Feeding speed: 0.5–40 m/min
  • Vacuum fan power: 18.5 kW
  • Total power: 27 kW
  • Paint system: Enclosed circulation and recovery

Working mode

  1. Automatic beam feeding
H20 or H16 beams are continuously conveyed into the spraying section through the adjustable-speed conveyor system.
  2. Enclosed vacuum spraying
Inside the sealed spraying chamber, coating material is pressurized and sprayed at high speed. The pressure change atomizes the coating and distributes it evenly over the beam surface.
  3. Uniform surface coating
The enclosed spraying environment helps maintain consistent coating coverage while reducing external paint mist and contamination.
  4. Paint recovery and circulation
Excess coating is collected inside the vacuum system and returned to the paint tank through the circulation loop, reducing unnecessary material loss.
  5. Controlled coating temperature
The paint tank uses a constant-temperature heating system to help maintain stable coating conditions during continuous production.
  6. Continuous discharge
After coating, the finished beam exits automatically and can continue to downstream drying, curing, stacking or packaging equipment.

Features

  • Vacuum enclosed spraying provides controlled and uniform coating while limiting paint mist outside the machine.
  • Closed-loop paint circulation allows recovered coating material to be reused, helping reduce paint consumption.
  • 0.5–40 m/min variable feeding speed allows adjustment according to beam size, coating type and required surface coverage.
  • PLC touchscreen control provides centralized machine operation and convenient parameter adjustment.
  • SUS304 spray chamber and paint tank, constant-temperature heating and pneumatic paint-return components support stable continuous industrial operation.
