Highlights
The Heavy-Duty CNC Fully Automatic Continuous Finger Jointing Line is designed for joining individual solid wood components into long, continuous finger-jointed timber. The complete system integrates dual-end finger shaping, automatic glue application, automatic turning, chain pre-assembly, continuous hydraulic pressing, cut-off and roller outfeed into one production flow. Two finger-shaping machines process opposite timber ends, with the HD-600S4 providing automatic glue application before the material is turned and transferred to a 7 m double-row chain pre-assembly conveyor. The pre-assembled timber then enters the H-6075CSP continuous press for end joining and continuous-length output. The line is designed for heavy-duty solid wood production where automation, consistent finger depth, reduced intermediate handling and high throughput are required.
- Input timber length: 500–4000 mm
- Finger shaper processing width: 600 mm
- Finger shaper processing height: 100–300 mm
- Finger cutter spindles: 3 per shaper
- Finger cutter spindle speed: 6750 rpm
- Maximum pressing length per cycle: 6000 mm
- Line output rate: 35–50 m/min

The reinforced cut-off arrangement is designed to produce a smooth cut surface and reduce burrs
Supporting clean and stable cutting.

Mitsubishi PLCs control the main machines across the line for coordinated and stable operation.

Three cutter spindles divide finger shaping into successive stages to improve processing speed and maintain accurate finger depth.

Thick steel plates are precision welded to provide a rigid structure for stable machine operation.
Features
- Complete automatic production flow integrates finger shaping, glue application, turning, pre-assembly, continuous pressing and roller outfeed.
- Three-stage finger shaping uses three cutter spindles to improve processing speed while maintaining consistent finger depth.
- CNC size adjustment and HMI control reduce manual setup and provide access to machine positions, cutter settings, parameters and alarm records.
- Mitsubishi PLC control coordinates the main machines across the production line for stable automated operation.
- Precision-welded heavy-gauge steel frames, Taiwan Eagle cutting tools and reinforced cut-off units support stable production and clean cutting.
