Project: Haier “Wormhole” Panel Production Line Project – Jinan
We are proud to highlight our engineering team’s participation in the Haier “Wormhole” project in Jinan — one of the largest high-efficiency panel furniture production lines in North China.
Our team assisted in the planning, technical coordination, installation support, and commissioning of the automated panel production line, helping Haier Smart Home improve production efficiency, material utilization, and intelligent manufacturing capabilities.
The system includes:
- High-efficiency panel sizing and cutting equipment
- Automated lifting, conveying, and sorting systems
- Centralized dust extraction system
- Integrated production management support for intelligent scheduling and quality tracking
This project reflects our engineering team’s capability in delivering large-scale, automated panel production solutions for leading manufacturing enterprises.
