• HC WoodTech’s dedicated 10-member engineering team participated in the development and implementation of Haier’s “Wormhole” Smart Factory 4.0 project in Jinan, China, a large-scale automated panel furniture manufacturing facility.
• Our team handled the project from initial production line planning and engineering design to factory layout optimization, equipment installation, electrical wiring, and system integration.
• Despite the complexity of the project, the engineering and integration work was carried out by our experienced 10-person team, demonstrating HC WoodTech’s capabilities in delivering large-scale industrial automation solutions.

Complete Production Line Engineering & Installation

• Our engineering team was responsible for coordinating the entire production line layout, equipment positioning, mechanical installation, electrical connections, and system commissioning.
• The project included high-efficiency panel cutting and processing equipment, automated material handling systems, conveying and sorting systems, and centralized dust extraction infrastructure.
• HC WoodTech’s 10-member team coordinated machine connections, electrical integration, dust collection system installation, and production line synchronization to ensure smooth operation across different manufacturing processes.
• Through careful engineering planning and on-site coordination, the team integrated individual machines and supporting systems into a connected, automated panel manufacturing line.

 

AGV & RGV Automation Integration and Smart Manufacturing

• A key part of the project involved integrating AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle) and RGV (Rail Guided Vehicle) systems into the factory’s automated material handling and internal logistics operations.
• Our engineering team worked on the installation, connection, integration, and commissioning of these systems alongside the main production equipment, supporting coordinated material transportation between manufacturing stages.
• The integrated production line was designed to improve material flow, reduce manual handling, increase production efficiency, and support intelligent manufacturing operations.
• With just 10 dedicated engineers and technicians, HC WoodTech demonstrated its ability to manage complex factory automation integration, from engineering design and installation through final commissioning and production line coordination.
