Yitongsen Woodworking | Integrated Optimizing Saw Project

  • In early 2024, HC WoodTech delivered a fully integrated longitudinal and cross-cut optimizing saw production line to Qingdao Yitongsen Woodworking, specifically designed for finger-jointed board manufacturing.
  • The production line integrates an intelligent Infeed Optimization System with Laser Marking, a QMJ175-M4 Servo-Controlled Multi-Blade Rip Saw, and an MJ255 CNC High-Speed Cross-Cut Saw.
  • The system combines automatic feeding, intelligent cutting optimization, and precision machining to maximize timber recovery, minimize material waste, and improve overall production efficiency.

Advanced Longitudinal & Cross-Cut Optimization Technology

  • The QMJ175-M4 features four movable blades with ±0.1 mm servo positioning accuracy, supporting variable-width ripping and flexible cutting configurations.
  • The machine handles materials up to 450 mm wide and 80 mm thick, with cutting speeds of up to 60 m/min under the specified configuration.
  • The MJ255 CNC Cross-Cut Saw uses intelligent length optimization and a servo-controlled pusher, achieving cutting accuracy within ±0.5 mm.
  • The integrated system coordinates laser marking, automatic feeding, longitudinal ripping, and cross-cut optimization, making it particularly suitable for finger-jointed boards and solid wood panel production.

Production Efficiency & Customer Results

  • The production line has achieved estimated material savings of approximately RMB 100,000 per month (USD 13,800), according to the reported project results.
  • Cutting labor requirements have been reduced by approximately 50%, while servo-controlled automation helps minimize downtime and improve operating consistency.
  • The equipment has been running steadily since installation, delivering higher timber utilization, improved cutting precision, and greater overall manufacturing efficiency.
  • The customer reported strong satisfaction with the system’s performance, highlighting increased usable material recovery and the benefits of automation for expanding production capacity.
