Highlights
The Windmill Panel Flipping Machine is designed for fast 180° in-place turnover of panels, door components and other flat workpieces in automated production lines. Its windmill-style flipping structure allows rapid front-to-back workpiece rotation while minimizing additional floor-space requirements. Depending on the application, the machine can be configured with roller, belt, synchronous belt or chain drive systems, making it suitable for furniture manufacturing, door production, inspection and secondary processing applications. The standard configuration supports workpieces up to 50 kg, with a flipping rate of 6–24 cycles per minute.
