Highlights

The SRP1000B Wide Belt Sanding Machine is designed for high-precision calibration and surface finishing of solid wood panels, finger-jointed boards, plywood, fiberboard, door core panels and other wood-based materials up to 1000 mm wide. Its dual sanding configuration combines a front heavy-duty steel calibration roller with a rear fine sanding unit and polishing pad, allowing coarse thickness sanding and fine surface finishing in one continuous process. A rigid welded frame, variable-frequency feeding and photoelectric sanding-belt control provide stable performance for continuous industrial production.
