Highlights
The SPR-RP1000 Planer Sander integrates spiral planing, semi-fine sanding and finish sanding into one continuous process for solid wood panel calibration and surface finishing. A 180 mm spiral planer performs the initial thickness removal before two sanding units complete intermediate and fine finishing, helping reduce sanding-belt consumption and power usage. With a 1000 mm working width, heavy-duty welded structure and variable-frequency feeding, it is suitable for edge-glued panels, solid wood boards and other high-capacity woodworking applications.
- Maximum working width: 1000 mm
- Working thickness: 3–160 mm
- Minimum workpiece length: 520 mm
- Feeding speed: 6–30 m/min
- Planer speed: 36 m/s
- Sanding belt speeds: 18 / 16 m/s
- Total motor power: 60.6 kW
