Highlights
The SPR-RP1000 Planer Sander integrates spiral planing, intermediate sanding and finish sanding into one continuous solid wood processing machine. A heavy-duty 180 mm spiral planer unit performs initial thickness calibration before two sanding units complete coarse and fine surface finishing, helping reduce sanding belt consumption, lower production costs and improve processing efficiency. With a 1000 mm sanding width, variable-frequency feeding and a rigid welded frame, the machine is designed for edge-glued panels, solid wood boards and other high-capacity panel finishing applications.
- Maximum sanding width: 1000 mm
- Sanding thickness: 3–160 mm
- Minimum workpiece length: 520 mm
- Feeding speed: 6–30 m/min
- Spiral planer speed: 36 m/s
- Sanding belt speeds: 18 / 16 m/s
- Total motor power: 60.6 kW
