SPC Ultra-thin Flat Lamination Production Line
The SPC ultra-thin flat lamination line is designed for aluminum sheets, thin aluminum panels, and metal boards.
Using PUR adhesive, it can laminate PETG, PVC, or decorative films on sheets or rolls.
This line integrates multiple processes, including loading, dust cleaning, infrared preheating, gluing, hot pressing, and unloading, ensuring stable performance, high efficiency, and excellent lamination quality.
It is ideal for producing SPC honeycomb panels, three-layer SPC boards, and PET-coated SPC panels with strong bonding and smooth surface finish.
