Highlights
The QOC550A Fully Automated AI Optimizing Cross-Cut Saw Line, combined with the QEC500A scanning system, is designed for intelligent transverse cutting, defect removal and length optimization of solid wood.
The complete line integrates AI vision defect detection, automatic board measurement, optimization software, high-speed cross-cutting and automatic sorting. It identifies knots, wormholes, cracks, stains, end defects and other visible defects without requiring manual marking.
Based on board dimensions, defect positions, cutting requirements, quantities and value priorities, the software calculates the best transverse cutting solution to improve lumber recovery, reduce waste and produce consistent finished components.
