The QMX6025MK Double-End Mortise and Insert-Groove Machine is specialized equipment for two-step click-joint machining consisting of mortise milling and insert-groove milling. Variable-frequency feeding enables double-end processing to be completed during one continuous cycle. The machine is designed for Threespine click connections used in decorative moldings, blockboards, solid wood flooring and veneered panel furniture. A computer touchscreen and PLC integrated control system provide CNC thickness and width setting for the pressure beam and right movable table. Imported clamping belts, nylon pressure rollers and encoder-controlled jump cutting support stable and flexible production.
