The QMX6025M Double-End Sizing and Tenoning Machine is a heavy-duty woodworking machine designed for cut-to-length sizing, squaring, edge trimming, grooving and tenoning of solid wood doors, cabinet components, panel furniture and other wood products. Cut-off saws bring both ends of the workpiece to the required final length and square the edges, while grooving saws and milling spindles complete grooving, profiling or tenoning in one continuous pass. Its rigid cast machine bed, synchronous chain feeding, stable pressure system, automatic jump-saw device, CNC width adjustment and touchscreen PLC control provide consistent dimensions, clean edges and reliable production.
