The QMX6025BK Thin-Panel Click-Joint Double-End Tenoner is specialized equipment for processing panels from 3 to 15 mm thick. Its variable-frequency feeding system completes double-end tenoning operations in one processing cycle, including pre-cutting, milling and grooving. The machine can form male or female tenons simultaneously on both ends of the workpiece and is designed for producing Threespine click connections in decorative moldings, blockboards, solid wood flooring and veneered panel furniture. A computer touchscreen and PLC integrated control system provide CNC thickness and width setting, while imported clamping belts, nylon pressure rollers and encoder-controlled jump cutting support stable thin-panel processing.
