Highlights
The QMJ163SK combines touchscreen operation, servo-controlled fence positioning and stable chain-track feeding to improve setup efficiency, cutting-width accuracy and production repeatability. Operators can enter the required cutting position through the touchscreen, while the servo-driven fence moves to the programmed position for faster product changeovers and consistent width sizing.

The touchscreen HMI allows operators to enter and select multiple cutting-width positions, monitor machine status and complete setup quickly through simple digital controls.
The infeed fence slides laterally for fast cutting-width adjustment and secure position locking.
High-strength welded steel construction with vibration-aging treatment provides excellent rigidity and long-term structural stability.
The worktable is welded from high-strength steel to provide durability, rigidity and stable material support.
The upper pressure roller assembly can be manually raised or lowered to match different workpiece thicknesses, enabling quick setup and stable material feeding.
The precision-machined and dynamically balanced spindle uses high-quality bearings for smooth, accurate and durable operation.
Five groups of upper pressure rollers hold the workpiece securely for smooth, stable and consistent feeding.
Main operating controls are centrally arranged for convenient access and straightforward machine operation.
Heat-treated cast-iron chain plates and guide rails provide stable feeding while minimizing wear during continuous production.
Branded electrical components provide dependable control, stable performance and extended service life.
Three groups of anti-kickback fingers help prevent material rebound and improve operator safety.
The automatic pump supplies oil to the guide rails, feeding chain and other key lubrication points.
Inverter-controlled feeding allows the speed to be adjusted for different wood species and processing requirements.
Feature
- The QMJ163SK Touchscreen Servo-Controlled Straight-Line Rip Saw is designed for longitudinal ripping, straight-line edge trimming and equal-width sizing of solid wood boards.
- The machine combines a rigid welded steel frame, an extended chain-track feeding system and a precision bottom-mounted saw spindle. This configuration provides stable workpiece guidance, efficient cutting and consistent edge straightness.
- A touchscreen operating interface works together with the servo-driven positioning fence to simplify cutting-width adjustment. Operators can enter the required position digitally instead of relying entirely on manual measurement and adjustment.
- The feeding system uses frequency-inverter control, allowing the feed rate to be adjusted from 6–30 m/min according to wood species, material thickness and cutting-quality requirements.
