Features

The QMJ163S Bottom-Spindle Straight-Line Rip Saw is primarily designed for longitudinal ripping, straight-line edge trimming and equal-width sizing of solid wood boards.
The machine combines a heavy-duty welded frame, an extended chain-track feeding system and a precision bottom-mounted saw spindle. This configuration provides stable workpiece guidance, high cutting efficiency and consistent edge straightness.
The feeding system is controlled by a frequency inverter, allowing the feed rate to be adjusted according to the wood species, workpiece thickness and required cutting quality.
The saw spindle is manufactured from specially selected materials and undergoes specialized treatment, precision machining and dynamic balancing. High-quality bearings provide smooth operation, reliable cutting performance and extended service life.
