Highlights
The NPC330S Panel Dividing Saw is designed for high-speed batch sizing of furniture panels and wood-based boards. Compared with conventional pressure-beam systems, the NPC330S uses servo-controlled lifting for fast and precise positioning according to cutting thickness, while clamping pressure automatically adjusts based on panel width and material. The saw blade lifting height is also servo controlled, allowing grooving at selectable depths with ±0.1 mm precision. Integrated production software supports cutting-pattern simulation, process reports, fault display and barcode printing for organized panel production.
