MJ255A Optimizing Cross-cut Saw
The MJ255A Optimizing Cross-cut Saw is designed for the preparation process in solid wood furniture factories and solid wood component plants. It combines automatic measuring, intelligent optimization, high-speed cross-cutting, and automatic sorting in one system, helping customers improve lumber recovery, reduce waste, and increase overall production efficiency.
At the front of the line, operators can mark visible defects such as knots, cracks, and end defects. The measuring system then quickly collects board dimensions and defect position data. Based on the cutting list and selected optimization program, the software automatically calculates the best cutting solution. The saw performs automatic cutting and sorts finished parts by length, making production more consistent, efficient, and easier to manage.
The MJ255A supports multiple optimization modes, including length optimization, value optimization, quantity optimization, long material priority, sequence cutting, defect cutting, downgrade optimization, and zero-waste cutting. This allows the machine to adapt to different production goals, whether the customer focuses on maximum yield, higher material value, fixed order completion, or defect removal.
