Highlights
The NCG3021L PLUS CNC Nesting Machine with Automatic Loading and Unloading is a high-output large-format nesting line for automated panel furniture production. It integrates automatic loading, labeling, top drilling, grooving, shaping, cutting and unloading into a continuous production process. The PLUS configuration uses twin gantries, with each gantry equipped with a 12 kW ATC Italian main spindle and drilling unit, allowing both gantries to operate synchronously through Nanxing’s optimization software for increased machining efficiency.
