Highlights
The NCG2813LE CNC Nesting Machine with Automatic Loading and Unloading is designed for automated panel nesting, routing, grooving, shaping and top-side boring. It uses four high-speed main spindles, including three 3.5 kW spindles and one 6 kW spindle, allowing multiple machining operations to be completed without frequent manual tool changes. Automatic feed-in and feed-out tables improve material handling efficiency and reduce labor, while high-quality servo motors and a ball-screw-driven Z axis provide precise machine movement. An industrial PC with Windows-based control provides centralized machine operation.
