Highlights
The NCG2813E CNC Nesting Machine with Automatic Loading and Unloading is designed for automated panel nesting, routing, grooving, shaping and top-side boring. It uses four high-speed main spindles, including three 3.5 kW spindles and one 6 kW spindle, allowing different machining operations to be completed without frequent manual tool changes. Automatic infeed and outfeed tables reduce material handling, while servo-controlled axes, a ball-screw-driven Z axis and IPC control support stable and efficient panel production.
