Highlights
The NB8PCHG Edge Banding Machine with V-Belt is designed for high-efficiency edge banding and grooving of furniture panels. It combines edge banding and bottom grooving in one process, with optional side, top or skip-grooving configurations. The fiber-reinforced V-belt pressing system ensures stable, mark-free panel conveying, while the pre-melt gluing unit supports consistent adhesive application. A four-tape servo feeding system, adjustable fine trimming and scraping units, and four-motor corner trimming provide flexible processing of different edge tape thicknesses. The machine supports feeding speeds of 18, 22 and 26 m/min.
