The NB7PCGM-PC Edge Banding Machine with V-Belt and Dual Gluing Units is designed for efficient edge banding of furniture panels. It features two pre-melt gluing units, allowing quick switching between two adhesive colors to match different edge tapes, with optional PUR compatibility. The intelligent PC control system provides a user-friendly interface, supporting machine adjustment through QR code scanning with a barcode reader. The machine processes 9–60 mm thick panels and 0.4–3 mm edge tapes, with feeding speeds of 18, 22 and 26 m/min for flexible industrial furniture production.
