Highlights
The NB7PCGM Edge Banding Machine with V-Belt and Double Gluing Units is designed for precision edge banding of furniture panels. It features two gluing units, including a glue pot and a pre-melt system, allowing quick switching between two adhesive colors, with optional PUR compatibility. Its fiber-reinforced V-belt pressing system provides stable, mark-free panel conveying. An 8-tape servo feeding system supports flexible edge tape selection, while adjustable fine trimming, scraping and four-motor corner trimming provide consistent edge finishing. A Standard configuration with two-tape changing is also available.
