The NB7PCG Edge Banding Machine with V-Belt is designed for precision edge banding of furniture panels. Its fiber-reinforced V-belt pressing system provides stable, mark-free conveying, while the pre-melt gluing unit improves adhesive preparation and bonding consistency. A four-tape servo feeding system supports efficient edge tape changes and reduces material waste. Dual adjustable fine trimming and scraping units allow quick switching between thin and thick edge tapes, while four-motor corner trimming provides accurate edge finishing. The machine is available in Smart and Standard configurations, with feeding speeds up to 26 m/min.
