The NB6PG Smart Edge Banding Machine with V-Belt is designed for automatic edge banding of furniture panels. Its fiber-reinforced V-belt pressing system ensures stable, mark-free panel conveying, while the pre-melt gluing unit reduces heating time and improves adhesive bonding. The Smart configuration features a four-tape servo feeding system for precise tape positioning and reduced material waste. Dual adjustable fine trimming and scraping units allow quick switching between thin and thick edge tapes. The machine also offers a Standard configuration with a two-tape changing system, supporting different production requirements.
