Highlights
The NB671EM (NB7CJM) Edge Banding Machine with Double Gluing Units is designed for flexible edge banding of furniture panels. It features two sets of gluing, fine trimming, scraping and buffing units, allowing quick switching between dark and light adhesive colors. When changing glue colors, the corresponding trimming and scraping cutters automatically retract to minimize setup time. An additional front pre-milling unit prepares panel edges before banding, while the heavy-duty machine structure and CNC-machined mechanical components improve stability and durability. The machine supports 9–60 mm panel thickness, 0.4–3 mm edge tape and feeding speeds up to 24 m/min.
