Its 32-head machining architecture combines four-side profiling, drilling, grooving and line cutting on one CNC platform, while a single table can process up to 8 workpieces per cycle, with each workpiece supporting up to four different tool types. Equipped with a Taiwan LNC 5-axis CNC system, EtherCAT communication and RTCP, high-speed double-ended motors and a special pull-clamp structure, the machine provides flexible, stable and efficient machining for demanding solid wood production.
