The MJ3980AX400 Heavy-Duty Horizontal Band Saw is designed for efficient solid wood resawing and thin-board production. It is widely used for pine, fir, oak, poplar, rosewood and other hardwoods and softwoods, and is particularly suitable for large square timber around 200 mm, hard small-diameter logs and thick rosewood boards that need to be resawn into thinner boards. The machine combines an 18.5 kW main saw motor, Ø800 mm saw wheels and 0–18 m/min hydraulic feeding with a heavy-duty gantry frame and digital thickness positioning. Its narrow kerf, stable hydraulic feeding and automatic blade tensioning are designed to improve cutting efficiency and accuracy while reducing labor and material loss.
