Highlights
The MJ3180AX900 Heavy-Duty Gantry Band Saw is designed for resawing large square timber, logs and high-value solid wood into boards and slabs. Compared with the MJ3180AX650, this larger model increases maximum timber capacity to 4000 × 900 × 900 mm while retaining an Ø800 mm saw wheel, 22 kW main motor and 31 m/s blade speed. The machine uses servo-controlled saw-head elevation, chain-driven variable-speed table feeding and a water-free dry-cutting system designed to work with dust extraction instead of water or spray cooling.
