Highlights
The MJ3180AX650 Heavy-Duty Gantry Band Saw is designed for precision resawing of square timber, logs and high-value solid wood into boards and slabs. It provides a maximum working capacity of 4000 × 650 × 650 mm and uses an Ø800 mm saw wheel with a 22 kW main motor and 31 m/s blade speed. The upgraded machine combines a heavy welded frame, servo-controlled saw-head positioning, chain-driven worktable feeding and a water-free dry-cutting system, allowing dust extraction to replace conventional water-assisted sawing.
