Highlights
The MH19120/1-2F Hydraulic Timber Block Press is designed for assembling and gluing square timber, laminated timber blocks and other long solid wood components. Its 12,200 mm working length, combined with 40 top-pressure cylinders and 2 × 14 side-pressure cylinders, supports distributed clamping pressure across large workpieces. The machine features two pressing sections that can operate independently or together, allowing the pressing configuration to suit different assembly requirements. Pressure monitoring and digital automatic pressure compensation help maintain pressure throughout the pressing cycle. A bottom-flip opening structure, hydraulic door-opening cylinders, rear pushing cylinders and automatic locking support workpiece loading, positioning and clamping. Adjustable bottom worktable plates help control deformation along the pressing length, while a non-stick rear worktable coating simplifies glue cleanup.
