The MF127C Automatic Circular Saw Blade Tooth Grinder is designed for precision sharpening of carbide-tipped circular saw blades used in woodworking, panel processing and furniture production. With a diamond grinding wheel, it can process the tooth face, tooth top and corresponding bevel surfaces at different cutting angles. After the required blade and tooth parameters are entered, the machine can complete the sharpening sequence automatically. It supports multiple tooth profiles including flat, bevel, alternating, trapezoidal and combination teeth.
