Highlights
The MB726F High-Speed Four-Side Moulder is a heavy-duty solid wood machining system developed for high-speed four-sided planing and profiling of long timber, large square stock and wide boards. With a maximum feeding speed of 100 m/min, it is designed for factories requiring continuous, high-volume production with stable machining accuracy.
The MB726F combines a rigid one-piece cast machine bed, seven-spindle configuration, NC spindle adjustment and integrated tool jointing technology. Straight jointers are provided on the spindles, while the final horizontal spindle can use a profile jointer to maintain cutting performance during high-speed production.
- Maximum processing width: 260 mm
- Processing height: 10–150 mm
- Maximum feeding speed: 100 m/min
- Spindle configuration: 7 spindles
- Spindle speed: 6,000 r/min
- Tool cutting circle diameter: Ø160–Ø260 mm
- Spindle diameter: Ø50 mm
- Machine weight: 13,000 kg
