H-3012CSP Automatic Finger Jointing Line

Highlights

The H-3012CSP Automatic Finger Jointing Line is a complete production system for continuous finger-joint processing of solid wood components. The line integrates automatic feeding, servo finger profiling, end trimming, glue application, workpiece turning, pre-jointing and final pressing into a continuous workflow. Two H-800 servo finger-jointing units prepare both ends of the workpiece, while the H-3012CSP continuous press completes joining and sizing. The system is suitable for furniture components, mouldings, laminated wood products and other applications requiring efficient production of long finger-jointed timber.
