TheH-2500 Fully Automatic Solid Wood Panel Gluing Line is designed for continuous production of edge-glued solid wood panels. The complete line integrates vacuum loading, automatic feeding, glue application, infrared drying, hydraulic pressing, width cutting, length trimming and vacuum unloading into one automated production process. It processes timber strips from 30–80 mm wide and 10–50 mm thick, with finished panel lengths from 2000–2500 mm. Large-area hydraulic pressing keeps the panel surface aligned during bonding, while infrared heating supports adhesive curing in cold or humid environments. Automatic trimming after curing improves finished panel cleanliness and dimensional consistency. The complete system weighs approximately 25 tons.
