Highlights
The FJL150-9E Fully Automatic Finger Jointing Line is designed for continuous length-jointing of short solid wood components. The complete line integrates finger shaping, glue application, workpiece transfer, hydraulic pressing and final cutting into an automated production process, reducing manual handling between operations. It processes incoming timber from 150–850 mm long and supports finished finger-jointed material up to 6040 mm pressing length. The line uses twin 15 kW shaping spindles, hydraulic pressing and multiple conveyor sections for continuous solid wood production.
