MU-DM54 Dual-Station Four-Head 5-Axis Machining Center
The MU-DM54 is a dual-station four-head 5-axis machining center designed for efficient and flexible multi-workpiece processing. Equipped with four manual tool-change spindles, the machine can process up to four workpieces at the same time. Different tools such as saw blades, milling cutters, drills, and round-nose tools can be installed according to different production needs.
With its dual-channel CNC control system, the left and right tables can work independently. This allows the machine to process different workpieces on each side at the same time, or run the same workpieces for higher output and better efficiency.
The system is equipped with TCP/RTCP function, which allows quick adjustment when tool length changes. Operators only need to enter the correct tool length in the system without reprogramming, making operation more convenient and reducing setup time.
The MU-DM54 uses vacuum holding combined with pneumatic clamping to keep workpieces stable during machining. It is suitable for a wide range of woodworking applications that require high precision, flexibility, and productivity.

1.The main frame is welded and processed with high-temperature stress relief to ensure long-term stability and prevent deformation.The frame is machined in one complete setup by a five-axis gantry machining center, ensuring excellent parallelism and perpendicularity across all surfaces.

2.The machine features a cross-type spindle design, allowing tool change with a simple 90° rotation. It is equipped with a dual-end motor with 5.5 kW power, 18,000 rpm speed, and an ER32 tool holder interface.
