Highlights
The BM850 Hydraulic Wood Waste Briquetting Machine is designed to compress wood powder and wood particles into dense, cylindrical briquettes for biomass fuel and wood waste recycling. Its hydraulic system applies high pressure to form briquettes, while the powered anti-bridge hopper supports consistent feeding and helps reduce material blockage. The machine accepts wood particles sized 1–8 mm, produces briquettes with a listed diameter of 90 or 100 mm, and allows the briquette length to be adjusted. With a rated capacity of up to 1,000 kg/h and a 44 kW drive, the BM850 is suitable for woodworking and furniture factories handling larger volumes of wood waste.
