Highlights
The Belt Turnover Machine is designed for automatic 180° flipping of panels and flat workpieces during continuous conveying. By combining belt transport with a mechanical turnover mechanism, the system allows panels to be reversed for surface inspection, coating, printing, secondary machining or downstream processing without manual lifting. It is suitable for furniture production, panel processing and automated woodworking lines, and can be integrated with upstream and downstream conveyors for continuous material flow.
- Workpiece length: 250–2750 mm
- Workpiece width: 250–1220 mm
- Workpiece thickness: 10–60 mm
- Maximum workpiece weight: 100 kg
- Turnover angle: 180°
- Turnover speed: 3–4 cycles/min
- Working air pressure: 0.4–0.6 MPa
