Highlights
The Arched Glulam Press is designed to form and press glued timber laminations into curved beams and arches for timber construction. Its frame-type structure supports the workpiece, while hydraulic clamping holds the laminations in the required profile during bonding. The machine combines a cold pressing process with a hydraulic system rated at 16 MPa. Depending on the selected configuration, maximum working lengths range from 6,000 to 30,000 mm, with maximum arch heights of 3,000 to 4,500 mm. Its customizable design supports manufacturers producing long-span arched beams and curved architectural timber components.

Features
- Curved Glulam Forming
Designed for laminating curved timber beams and arches used in wooden buildings, bridges and architectural structures. - Hydraulic Clamping System
Hydraulic force presses the timber laminations together and maintains their position during the forming and bonding process. - Supported Forming Structure
The supporting bed and clamping arrangement accommodate the specified beam profile during pressing. - Custom Working Dimensions
Working length and arch capacity can be specified to suit the required beam dimensions and production requirements.
