Highlights
The MH13120W/1 Horizontal Hydraulic Glulam Press is designed for assembling and gluing laminated timber beams for wood construction applications. Its 12,000 mm working length, 1,300 mm working width and 250 mm thickness capacity accommodate long timber assemblies. The hydraulic system combines 36 side-pressure cylinders and 36 top-pressure cylinders with automatic pressure compensation to maintain clamping pressure during gluing. Operators can set upper and lower pressure limits and reposition the top pressing units horizontally to suit workpiece dimensions. Raising and lowering worktable rollers assist material feeding, while button and valve controls provide straightforward operation for timber laminating production.
