The MH13120/1-2F Hydraulic Panel Press is designed for the assembly and edge gluing of long solid wood panels and wood components. With a 12,200 mm working length, 32 top-pressure cylinders and 32 side-pressure cylinders, the machine distributes hydraulic clamping pressure across the workpiece to support consistent panel assembly. Its two equal-length pressing sections can operate independently or together to accommodate different production requirements. Digital automatic pressure compensation helps maintain stable pressure, while Siemens PLC control automates pressing, pressure holding and pressing-time control. The top-opening structure facilitates loading, and the precision-machined worktable with adjustable support plates helps maintain panel flatness, reduce deformation and limit sanding after gluing.
