Highlights
The MJ22100X650X40 Vertical Log Band Saw with Turning Function is designed for precision resawing of rosewood logs and other high-value hardwoods. In addition to high-speed reciprocating cutting, the machine integrates an automatic pneumatic log-turning system, allowing the workpiece to be rotated when a different cutting face is required without manually repositioning the timber. A 30 kW variable-speed main saw motor, Ø1000 mm saw wheels, servo-controlled thickness positioning, heavy-duty rack-and-pinion table drive and pneumatic clamping provide a combination of cutting capacity, accuracy and automated material handling. The manufacturer states positioning accuracy can reach 0.01 mm, while the narrow 1.6–1.8 mm kerf helps improve recovery when processing valuable timber.
