Highlights
The MJ3980AX650 Heavy-Duty Horizontal Band Saw is specifically designed for resawing finger-jointed and edge-glued solid wood panels into thinner boards. It is suitable for pine, fir, oak, poplar and similar solid wood materials, and the manufacturer specifically positions it for production where thinner boards are later combined into 1220 × 2440 mm large panels. The machine combines a 650 × 200 mm maximum cutting capacity, 22 kW main saw motor, Ø800 mm saw wheels and high-torque hydraulic feeding. Its narrow kerf, smooth cutting surface and heavy-duty gantry construction are intended to improve material recovery, reduce secondary planing and support continuous panel production.
