Highlights
The MJ41100AX1300X62 Heavy-Duty Moving Gantry Band Saw is designed for resawing large square timber, logs and high-value hardwood into boards and slabs. With a maximum workpiece capacity of 6200 × 1300 × 1300 mm, an Ø1000 mm saw wheel, 80 mm wide band saw blade and 37 kW main motor, it is built for substantially larger timber than the MJ3180 and MJ31100 series. The machine uses a high-torque Delta servo lifting system, precision ball screw and heavy-duty linear guides for programmable thickness positioning, while the touchscreen interface provides thickness presets, height memories, cutting-length settings and machine diagnostics.
