Highlights

The MJ31100BX900 High-Speed Heavy-Duty Gantry Band Saw is designed for high-efficiency resawing of large square timber, logs and high-value hardwood. It combines Ø1000 mm high-speed saw wheels, an 80 mm wide band saw blade and a 30 kW main motor for demanding solid wood production. A Delta servo-controlled saw-head elevation system, ABBA precision ball screw and Rexroth heavy-duty linear guides provide accurate thickness positioning, while the upgraded table system reaches 5–8 m/min effective cutting speed and up to 35 m/min return speed. The machine is particularly suited to large and valuable timber where cutting accuracy, material recovery and productivity are priorities.
