The NB7HS2P Double Sided Edge Banding Machine with V-Belt is designed for simultaneous processing of both longitudinal edges of furniture panels in one continuous pass. Its fiber-reinforced V-belt pressing system keeps panels stable and helps prevent surface marking, while servo-controlled width adjustment with dual ball screws provides accurate positioning for different panel sizes. The machine combines pre-milling, dual-stage heating and gluing, end cutting, trimming, scraping, corner rounding and buffing, and can also perform bottom grooving in the same process, with optional side, top or skip-grooving configurations.
