The NCG2812L CNC Nesting Machine with Automatic Loading and Unloading is designed for flexible automated production of customized cabinet and panel furniture. It integrates automatic loading, labeling, top-side drilling, grooving, routing, panel cutting and unloading into one continuous process. A 12 kW air-cooled main spindle, drilling unit and 12-position servo automatic tool changer support multi-process machining, while SYNTEC control and an open software interface allow connection with compatible furniture and nesting software for digital production management.
